Editorial standards and corrections
How we handle mistakes, updates, and the line between data and opinion.
Updates and dating
Guides carry the market context of when they were written. When a product category shifts materially — a reformulation, a recall, a price change — we update the guide rather than quietly editing, and the guidance reflects the current state of the market.
Data vs opinion
Velocity scores, ad-library counts and search volumes are measurements; 'worth your money' is a judgement. We keep the two visibly separate: every guide shows its data signal first, and the recommendation second, so you can disagree with our conclusion without doubting the numbers.
Corrections
Errors get corrected on the page and noted at the bottom with the date. Email hello@loopfinds.com — fast corrections are a feature, not an embarrassment.
